2. Installation of eMail Maven^© with initial maintenance and maintenance training.
   
3. Building/transferring initial templates, populating keywords.
   
4. User training.
   

Steps 1 and 2 can be covered in 3-5 telephone conversations.
Steps 3 and 4 can be completed in 1 day.
